Blogging for this Class

Here are a few places to sign up to start your blog for this and any class you have with me. If you were in a previous class with me, you can go ahead and use your old blog, but don’t forget to email me the link for it.

Great templates, but I have found that some students get frustrated with posting images, which we will do plenty of. If you use it already and like it go ahead.

I recommend it, but again to each their own. This site is using the power of wordpress…

Its tied in with Google, so the login process is easy. Easy to use and great templates.

Here are a few general rules for the class to make this a simple and fluid process:

1. Allow anonymous to post. Very annoying to have to sign in especially since we are all using different blogging services.
2. Approve your comments quickly, otherwise turn it off so we can see them. How can we discuss if discussions are not being posted.
3. Try not to censor comments. Some people can be harsh, but thats what this forum is for. We may disagree and a little controversy always makes for great discussion.
4. Post things on time. If its due at the beginning of class, take the time to do it so that people are not waiting for things to be posted.
5. Enjoy it and use the process to help you. It only works if we are all communicating and posting.
